HOW IT WORKS:
VIRTUAL RUN takes place BETWEEN DECEMBER 14 till DECEMBER 28, 2025

STEP 1: PREPARE AND RUN
Using GPS-tracking apps, smartwatch, strava or a treadmill. Participants can run or walk anytime between DECEMBER 14 till 28, 2025 (a 2 week period) to record their route and time. Accumulation of race results will not be honored. Only 1 set of race details are accepted.

STEP 2: SUBMIT RESULTS
After completing the virtual run, participants must submit a screenshot of their run through viber or whatsapp to number 09701200500. Strictly between DECEMBER 14 till DECEMBER 28, 2025. Submissions made after these dates will not be valid. Ensure that the submission includes the DATE, TIME, and DISTANCE. Make sure you registered shipping address is correct. We do not take responsibility for giving us a wrong shipping address.

STEP 3: WAIT PATIENTLY
After we receive your submission you will have to wait until virtual run is officially finished. In this case DECEMBER 28, 2025. PARC will process your submission on DECEMBER 29, 2025 and need about 1-2 days for processing all runs. Once processed we will ship all medals and bib numbers the next day. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number as confirmation. Make sure your registered shipping address is correct. We do not take responsibility for giving us a wrong shipping address.

*** The virtual run offers flexibility, allowing participants to complete their race at their convenience within the designated time.


Just a heads-up: Please keep in mind that we won’t be able to honor changes of mind. If you’re unable to attend the running event or don’t claim your medals or freebies, unfortunately, those items will be forfeited. We’re unable to offer product claims after the event is over. Also, please note that all payments are non-refundable.
